Rachel J. Luken

Rachel J. Luken is an attorney who practices primarily in Family Law, Collections/Creditor’s Rights, Estates, and Estate Planning. Rachel also has experience in real estate law, landlord tenant law, and other general civil litigation matters. Rachel joined the firm of Halpin Slagh PC as Of Counsel in August of 2024 and has been practicing in St. Joseph County, Indiana since 2010. She is an experienced litigator in her fields of practice.

Rachel has been appointed in countless cases as a Guardian Ad Litem in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Rachel is also experienced at helping children and their families navigate difficult family law and guardianship issues.
