Laura is an Attorney at Halpin Slagh PC where she provides personalized consultations for clients through their lifetime and after their deaths. She believes listening to each individual’s aspirations and concerns is imperative to providing her clients with this service. She focuses her practice across multiple lines of planning including estate planning, guardianships, real estate, businesses formation and operations, and estate administration. Laura truly enjoys getting to know her clients, their families and businesses, and appreciates the opportunity to be a trusted advisor for each of them. She places high importance on empowering clients to make well-informed decisions.
In the legal community, she is a Co-chair of the New Lawyer Group and a member of the St. Joseph County Bar Association, a member of the Probate, Trust & Real Property Section, the Elder Law Section, and the Young Lawyers Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and a member of Robert A. Grant Inn of Court.
Additionally, she loves being a part of the community by serving as a Board member of St. Margaret’s House, a Founding Member of Women in Business After Hours, a member of the Young Professional Network (YPN) of South Bend/Mishawaka, and a member of Michiana Estate Planning Council.
